Questions
Before you switch.
Can we keep our phone numbers?
Yes. We move your existing numbers over and plan the switch around your hours so the phones keep ringing. Founding customers pay nothing for the move.
Do we need new desk phones?
Often not. Many existing desk phones work, and everyone can also use the desktop app or the mobile app. If you want new phones, we quote them separately.
Is this only for dental and medical offices?
No. The same platform runs clinics, cleaning and other home service companies, professional offices and property managers. The app uses your terms, like patients or customers, rooms or teams.
What happens if it isn't a fit?
You're month to month, and your phone numbers stay yours. If you leave, your new provider requests the numbers and we release them promptly, with no fee and no lock-in.
Do you take a cut of our card payments?
No. Card payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates, and the money goes straight to your bank. We don't add a fee.
Who do we call for help?
Us. Support comes from our team in San Jose. Switch on support access in the app, and our team can help with setup or any question.
